ARCTICA certifies evaluated development according to the engagement. The scope, evaluation criteria and issuing organisation are specified in the programme plan.
Where needed, ARCTICA collaborates with specialist individuals, academics, universities and other organisations in Finland. Academic input is shaped around the development goals.
